Located in the north side of bozeman, valhalla meadery offers a unique combination of locally crafted mead and Scandinavian-style cuisine.

At Valhalla meadery we specialize in creating a wide range of unique flavors and styles of mead. Our styles range from traditional sweet and dry meads to flavor combinations such as a beet and ginger mead, tea infused meads, and berry and hop infused session meads. We always strive to push our boundaries and create interesting new flavor combinations while staying true to the essence of mead that has prevailed for thousands of years.

Our delicious mead is complimented by an equally unique and varied selection of food that can be enjoyed in our tasting room. Drawing on Scandinavian influences we have crafted a menu including classics such as salmon chowder, smorgasboards, and swedish meatballs. We create all of our food in house; we pickle vegetables, smoke our salmon, and make our own rotating selections of ice cream and pastries.

The Allfather's Sweet Mead

Our classic, traditional style sweet mead. Bursting with delicious honey flavor, sweet without being overpowering. 10.1% ABV

Dragon’s Blood

Our utterly unique beet and ginger mead, full of earthy beet flavor and spicy ginger. 13% ABV

Shieldmaiden

Our classic sparkling mead. A refreshing, dry honey flavor, aged to perfection in french oak. 8.1% ABV

berserker Hop

A delicious new take on hopped mead, the bitter and aromatic qualities of citra and cascade hops are balanced by the sweetness of honey. 8.4% ABV

Flathead Cherry

A delightful semi sweet strong mead infused with local flathead cherries and vanilla. 12.9% ABV

Sweet Earl Grey

A long time favorite on our menu, sweet mead and earl grey tea blend together perfectly 10.1% abv

The Fire Giant

A sweet mead infused with a burning habanero spiciness. 10.1% ABV

Odin’s Tears

Our classic traditional semi-sweet mead, a drier alternative to the Allfather’s. 12.9% ABV

Mountain Maiden

A dry sparkling mead infused with local Huckleberries. 9% abv

Thor Loco

A light mead infused with yerba Mate, lemon grass, hibiscus and chamomile. 9% abv

Black Berry Berserker

A hopped mead with citra and cascade hops balanced by the sweetness of honey and a touch of blackberry. 8.4% ABV
